Apartment with backyard at Sunset Square

With 70 sq. meters, the charming apartment is located at the sunset mansion, a beautiful property just in front the famous sunset square, at a noble neighborhood. The space is ideal for a great time in São Paulo and it is well equipped with a big SmartTV, digital safe, air conditioning, blackout at the window, working desk, super fast internet, automatic entrance, a queen size bed, and a complete kitchen. The bathroom has a great hairdryer and has a gás shower. There is a very nice backyard where you can have your meals.

The apartment is located inside the Sunset Mansion, a modern project that turned a mansion, just in front of the famous Sunset Square, into 5 separate apartments totally independent that only share a laundry facility at the back of the mansion. It is located in one of the safest neighborhoods of São Paulo which is also very green and calm. We have constant private security that patrols the mansion and a CCTV system that covers all the outside perimeter.

One of the biggest advantages of the location is the fact that although the location is calm and safe, it is just next to Vila Madalena neighborhood, which is the most cultural neighborhood of the city with a lot of restaurants, bistrôs, contemporary art galleries, bars and a very live nightlife with venues playing live music with soul, funk and samba; and Pinheiros neighborhood that is known for its nice coffeshops, art galleries, places with live music and its innovative bars and bistrôs.
